"I love helping others find their key to success!"

Throughout my career as a Human Resources professional, my core values of demonstrating passion, commitment, empowerment, empathy, respect, adaptability and effective communication have been consistently present in my work and when partnering and coaching others.  I love how these values align perfectly with Integra’s business philosophy!

I’m a proud alum of The College of Saint Rose, it is where I achieved my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Master’s in Education and Master’s in Business Administration. I’ve enjoyed my exciting journey in the field of Human Resources, and being immersed in the transformation of this profession that is now proactive and strategic in nature with a significant focus on the employee experience. A majority of my career path has been in the field of higher education where I was a strategic visionary as well as expert in a variety of functional areas to include compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, labor

relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development and training.  Through my varied experience in higher education, I have a wealth of knowledge in the area of Title IX. I’ve also had the opportunity to have a positive impact and contribute as an HR professional within a high-tech industry.  I’m happy to share that I have a diversified background where I ventured into other professional opportunities outside of Human Resources to include wellness marketing and sales, academic advising, and an instructional adjunct faculty member.

Coupled with my professional work experience, I have also served in leadership roles with CUPA-HR and as a board of trustees’ member for a local, private school. I’m a passionate Human Resources professional that enjoys building trusting relationships with others and working through challenging situations delivering the best possible solution.

I’m proud to share I have a wonderful husband and two loving children.  We also have a wheaten terrier fur baby whose energy level matches that of our son. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time watching my daughter play lacrosse, soccer and running track. I also sneak in “me time” to run, ski and take yoga classes.
