I am a seasoned professional with a diverse background in consulting, customer service, and administration. I held roles in academia, healthcare, and the military, of which I am a veteran, each one honing my skills in team management, project oversight, and process improvement.

My educational journey, which includes a Master of Business Administration in HR Management and a bachelor's in criminal justice, has equipped me with a solid foundation in leadership, strategic management, and human resource strategy.

What you should really know about me…I am a helper at heart. It is in my spirit. I love to help people and find immense joy in seeing others succeed. My favorite motto is “there’s no I in team.”
Outside of work, I am passionate about reading crime, and government novels, traveling, and spending quality time with my husband at home in the Albany area.
