Nicole Lenihan
HR Consultant
"With a strong foundation in psychology, human resources, and education, I am focused on fostering employee growth, improving organizational systems, and creating people-centered practices that drive success."
My HR journey began in 2001 while pursuing my Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational
Psychology, where I discovered a passion for improving organizational systems and fostering
employee growth. As a Generalist, I gained extensive experience in recruiting, onboarding,
employee relations, safety protocols, worker’s compensation claims, and offboarding. I thrived in
the fast-paced environment of a three-shift distribution center in the Capital Region, supporting
operations across multiple locations.
In 2007, I earned my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, which I have actively maintained through ongoing professional development, ensuring my knowledge of legal updates and best practices remains current.

After stepping away from the HR field to focus on my growing family, I transitioned into education, earning my early childhood teaching credential and serving as an educator for over a decade. My unique combination of HR expertise and educational experience equips me with a
diverse perspective on people-centered practices.

With me, I bring a wealth of knowledge, adaptability, and commitment to excellence to my consulting role at Integra HR.
I am a catalyst for positive change, a champion for the community, and a voice for meaningful progress. I pride myself on being a clear and honest communicator, unafraid to admit when I don’t have all the answers. Outside of my professional life, I cherish being a mom to my two
teenagers and two mini golden dogs, as well as a loving wife. I find joy in savoring my morning coffee and immersing myself in the rhythm of live music!
