I am a Learning & Development professional by trade, and educator by training with years of experience as an in-house Training & Development manager. I am excited to bring my skills and experience from several industries, ranging from automotive, residential solar, and beverage distribution to Integra-HR clients across the region! I understand that the intersection between the needs of an organization and the realities of the human beings who work there can be turbulent, but it doesn't have to be. Striking the right balance between the drive for results and providing what people need to thrive is the ultimate key to success for an organization and true fulfillment for its people. When these conditions are right, anything is possible!

Born and raised in the Capital Region, I graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh (Go Cardinals!) with my bachelor's degree in History and master's in Adolescent Education. I am a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) and a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Outside of work I enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife and two kids at our home here in the Capital Region, playing hockey wherever I can find a game, or just having a good time with friends.

To me, there's nothing like the energy of a learning environment. Helping people expand the limits of their skills or knowledge, guiding them to new perspectives and ideas, or facilitating a passionate group discussion is where I find joy in my work.
