I am a Talent Development professional with more than a decade of experience in supporting the
growth and development of individuals and teams in a variety of settings, including education, financial
services, and retail. I believe in the potential that every person has to identify and grow their talents as
well as learn and enhance their personal and professional lives with new knowledge and experiences.
My passion is to spark a love of learning and the development of a growth mindset in everyone I meet!

I am a two-time SUNY graduate earning my bachelor's degree in Childhood and Special Education from
the College at Geneseo and my master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University
at Buffalo. I hold certificates from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in Coaching and Designing Virtual Training and am working towards earning my Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) certification. When not at work you can find me spending time with my friends and family enjoying good food, watching my favorite teams win (Go Yanks and Bills!), attending live theater
and music performances, or playing the latest tabletop board game.
I am thrilled to have joined the Integra-HR team and am excited to provide our clients with personalized
training opportunities that will enhance the skills and experience of their employees!
