Kelly O'Brien

With over 16 years of human resources experience, I am a results-driven HR professional who enjoys
enhancing organizational performance through effective HR strategies and employee engagement. My
extensive experience, coupled with my dedication to fostering a positive work culture, promoting
employee engagement and wellness programs, and optimizing talent management has delivered
tangible results for the organizations I have served. Throughout my career, I have been able to
implement data-driven HR strategies to enhance decision-making processes.

I hold my M.B.A and an M.S. in Organization Management from Sage Graduate School. I am SHRM-CP
and PHR certified. My education and continued passion for learning attest to my deep knowledge and
commitment to maintaining high standards of professional excellence.

In my spare time, I enjoy supporting small local businesses, and can often be found at one of the many farmers’ markets or community events throughout the Capital Region. I enjoy camping, hiking, and am an avid runner. I completed the Tupper Lake Triad and am working towards completing the Saranac 6 hiking challenge. I have also completed races in 18 states! I feel it is important to bring this fun and
energy to the work environment.
