“I’m passionate about growing and learning in the field of HR through hands-on experience and am thrilled to be part of the Integra HR team!”
I am currently a junior at the University of Delaware, but I grew up in Albany and spend my summers at home with my family and friends!
I am in the second semester of my junior year here at UD, studying human relations administration and leadership. I was initially drawn to HR because I value organization, leadership, and teamwork. Through my classes, I’ve learned about employee relations, workplace culture, and business practices.
Outside of the classroom, I've been able to explore my passion for HR through internship experience by
helping with initiatives including employee development, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. After discovering that there are countless opportunities in HR, I've been eager to learn more about the field through new hands - on experience like this one at Integra HR.
I am grateful to Amy, Jennifer, and the entire team at Integra HR for providing me with the opportunity to advance my understanding of HR and for their willingness to mentor me along the way. I look forward to contributing to Integra HR's amazing culture and mission!
