"If you ask my friends or family for one word, they would use to describe me, it would be caring."

I always strive to better myself by helping other people and doing what I can to give back. Character is an important value to me and I strive to display character in every aspect of my life. As a newly graduate from college, I am excited to see what new opportunities there are for me at Integra. I am an Administrative Assistant at Integra HR and look forward to learning new skills and working with my co-workers to best serve our clients.

I am a recent Honors graduate of High Point University in North Carolina with my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. While at High Point, I joined Tri Sigma sorority and Alpha Phi Omega, the national service fraternity. Through these organizations, I was able to continue my love of giving back and got many new opportunities to volunteer with some amazing organizations. Some of my favorite memories were at Habitat for Humanity builds, going to the play atrium in the Chapel Hill Children’s Hospital and participating in Buddy Break, an organization created to spend an afternoon with a child who has a developmental disability.

With my love of helping others and my degree in psychology, I plan on obtaining a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and go on to become a therapist one day.  While I went down south for college, I have lived in the Capital Region all my life. I live in North Greenbush with my mom and dad and have two siblings. My brother now lives in Portugal and my sister is off in Connecticut at college. I graduated from Columbia High School in 2017 and then went on to college out of state. Now I am back in the area, taking a gap year before attending graduate school.

Outside of Integra, you can find me rolling burritos at Chipotle where I have worked for over a year. In my free time, you can catch me watching soccer games at all times of the day. I enjoy watching games with my father and going down to Yankee Stadium to see our favorite soccer team -- NYCFC. I also love to spend time with my Boston Terrier, Charlie, especially taking him for swims during the summer. I love to travel and I am hopeful to go visit my brother who lives in Portugal sometime soon. I was lucky enough to have studied abroad while in college and hope to visit more of my friends I met abroad one day. While here in the Albany area, I enjoy to hang out with my friends when they come home and visit and to explore new things in the Capital District area.

I look forward to my experience working at Integra HR LLC. I am thankful to have this opportunity to work with this incredible company!
