I am an energetic and dedicated HR professional who thrives on team synergy, organizational growth, and continuous improvement. Being a part of the IntegraHR team aligns my passion for helping others with a company that values integrity, service, community, creativity and results.
I love all things HR and with over 20 years of experience, I have been fortunate to support the people operations in both not-for-profit and for-profit industries. My success as a consultant for most of that time is evidenced by the strong relations I’ve cultivated with clients by showing up authentically, serving as their subject matter expert, strategic partner and confidant. While I love sharing knowledge, helping others to grow and obtaining results, my character strength of humility motivates me to do so in a supporting role, rather than as a headliner. Over the years, I have co-presented on many timely HR topics, but most enjoy sharing via a roundtable format to promote maximum connection and engagement.
I am grateful for a fulfilling life where my personal and professional passions align. Where I can share my true self by applying my strengths of kindness to help and support others; perspective and prudence to best guide and deliver results; and honesty to show up in integrity and encourage others to do the same. I am passionate about the HR profession and feel my unique experience, knowledge and strengths provide an advantage for any employer who sees the true value in a solid HR function.
Supporting our local not-for-profit community is critical for their success. I am passionate about giving back and find there is always a need for HR expertise and support. Knowing that I can help guide and advance their human capital efforts is a win for them and a bigger win for me. When I am not working or volunteering, you can find me frequenting the local community arts and supporting my love of Broadway.

Life is good living in Troy with my human and fur family, but you can often find us camping along the Battenkill in Vermont, so we can spend time enjoying the beauty and tranquility of nature together.
