"I truly love to help others succeed!"

After 20 years in the field of Human Resources, working at different levels and for a variety of industries, I ventured into a whole new career in sales.  I know, right?  All I will say is it was interesting.  However, I would not trade what I learned from being in sales nor the phenomenal people I met as it led me back to where I truly belong, Human Resources.  After that experience, I realized I wanted to refocus from the day to day operations of HR and move into a more strategic role and partnership with client organizations as a consultant and trainer.

My passion is to see my clients embrace resources, technology, and their employees in order to start their business, grow their business or bring their business to a new level.  I help them create wealth and stability in their human capital!  Who are my clients? HR professionals, business leaders, and/or anyone with an employee(s) looking for support and resources in the areas of hiring, onboarding, retention, training, performance management, business process and policy development, workplace mediation, job description development and analysis, and other HR functions.  I am so excited to join the Integra team and start making a difference for companies that just need a helping hand!

In case you would like to know more about me, I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Management, and Economics with a concentration in Human Resource Management from SUNY Empire State College.  I am totally in sync with their motto, “rigor and affordability” and exactly what I want to bring to my clients.  I also am a Society for Human Resource Management’s Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and I hold the Human Resource Certification Institute’s Professional Human Resource (HRCI PHR) certification.  Typical of any HR guru, I diligently stay on top of the ever-changing requirements and regulations faced by organizations and HR professionals today.  I am also a member of SHRM, an active member of the Capital Region Human Resource Association (CRHRA) currently serving on their Programs Committee and their Workforce Readiness Committee, an active member of the Capital Region Recruiters Network (CRRN) and work as a volunteer on member outreach, and I am an active member of the Columbia Green Community College (CGCC) HR group.

What you should really know about me is, I love quality time with family and friends, venturing into the woods to see if I can capture a glimpse of a moose (dragged my husband to ME, VT and NH too) and learning the art of photography.  I truly miss taking care of my beautiful rescue dog and friend, Brooke, whom I trained to be a therapy dog under Therapy Dogs International (TDI), and I know someday I will pursue my love for rescuing another dog when the timing is right.  In the meantime, I look forward to working with groups involving dogs and providing support where I can.  My husband and I support a few different charities and I strive to find different ways to give back to our community.

In Loving Memory

Most importantly, I love meeting new people!  You may see me at an upcoming event, a mixer, a fundraiser or anything involving networking and meeting new people.  If you happen to see me out and about, please stop by and say “hi”.
